It all started at the top of the Indochina in Sapa when we opened The Hmong Sisters Bar in 2011.
After 5 years of running this place we moved to the beautiful An Bang beach. We wanted to bring our traditional mediterranean food to Vietnam, that was our goal.
Established in December 2015, we are now proposing fusion & traditional delicacies such as Aioli, Beef burgundy, Cassoulet & homemade Toulouse sausage.
Attention was focused on design, comfort & table settings with genuine Hmong embroideries & handicrafts, trying to bring & share our experience with those beautiful Ethnic groups from the North of Vietnam.
